RETURNS

We want you to adore what you ordered, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.   

All returns must be authorized by email at avanaandco2022@gmail.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Must provide

• Name the order was purchased under
• Order number
• Email address associated with the order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you have received it - with original packaging and tags. 

If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a refund will be given back to the original card on the order. 

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be authorized by email at avanaandco2022@gmail.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Must provide

• Email address associated with the order

For exchanges, to ensure to get the correct item exchanged and due to our small batches we recommend you purchase the exchanged item on the website. 

Once we receive your item we will process the refund for the returned item!
